“Pigados Beach House” is a newly built comfortable Cycladic house to enjoy hospitality at Pigados Beach, a peaceful location on the South-East side of the island.
Ideal for family vacations but also for a getaway with friends! In an ideal location, right next to the beach, to enjoy the unlimited view of the sea, a short distance the picturesque village of Prassa.
The blue-and-green waters of the sea and the sound of the waves, reaching up to your feet, will be your companions for a vacation full of peace and tranquility.

“Pigados Beach House” is located on the main road at a short distance of a few meters from Pigados beach, a calm beach with coarse pebbles outside and sand as it deepens and tamarisk trees that offer shade, while it is just a few minutes away from the most famous beach of the island, “Prassa”, with white sand and turquoise water, an organized beach with umbrellas, sunbeds and a beach bar. There is also a restaurant nearby.

The house (35 sqm) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a kitchen area with a large sofa that converts into two single or one double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
It has a large private terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs and everything that can make a dream vacation.
Our kitchen contains all the essentials, such as glasses and mugs, pans and pots, plates, cutlery, fridge, stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso espresso coffee machine.
Unlimited free wi-fi, double bed, spacious bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer, ironing equipment, personal care products, towels and bed linen are at your disposal.
All modern appliances are provided that will make your stay convenient and comfortable and outdoor furniture for moments of relaxation and tranquility on the terrace.

The accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival following all hygienic regulations. During your stay, cleaning is offered daily upon request and towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days.

- Pets are not allowed.
- This property doesn’t offer extra beds.
- There’s no age requirement for check-in.
- Nudity is not allowed.
- Events/parties are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Check in from 15:00 until 23:30. Check out before 10:00.
